What is swapping?

Swapping is the action of permanently exchanging one item for another.

How do I swap on Swappify?

Select an item that you don’t use from your closet. Open Swappify, click the “+” button in the bottom middle section of the app. Add photos/videos of your item and all relevant information. Finally, press post to upload your listing.

How are swaps protected?

Swaps are protected through terms and conditions and user ratings.

How can I increase the amount of swap listings in my search/feed?

Share the app with your friends and family! Increasing the amount of local users will help you gain access to better and more frequent swapping.

What happens if I don’t receive my item or the item doesn’t arrive as pictured?

Report the user. We take these reports seriously and will initiate proper action when necessary.
